Crystal Blue is a beautiful holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with a lovely swimming pool area for full relaxation.

This double-storey property can accommodate six guests at a time and comprises three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms as well as a guest toilet. The first two bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a king-size bed. All three en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests' convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a six-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table as well as a lovely garden space with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers. Braai facilities are also available outside.

Secure parking is also available for guests' vehicles with 24-hour security on the property. The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup generator as well as a JoJo tank.
