The unit has own private entrance onto an entrance hall then into a large air-conditioned bedroom equipped with an armchair, king-size bed or two single beds, a fridge, kettle, and tea and coffee facilities.

There is a full bouquet DSTV and Wi-Fi. There are built-in cupboards, a large bathroom with a shower, two basins and a Jacuzzi bath. Guests have use of a private outdoor area with a table, bench and umbrella. Secure parking is available. Situated in a secure fenced estate, with excellent security.

A private beach can be accessed through the complex, about a five-minute walk, or the main beach which is a 10-minute walk or two-minute drive. Both these beaches are quite even in peak season. 1,5 km from Crocworld, and three km from numerous Scuba diving facilities, boat rides, shark diving on the world famous Aliwal Shoal.

There are also four Golf courses within a 20 km radius, the closest being three kilometres away. There are ample shopping facilities at Scottburgh, and additional beaches and restaurants 6 km away.
