Laguna La Crete 28 is a stunning beachfront property in the popular Laguna La Crete complex, just off Marine Drive in Uvongo. It offers direct access to the beach which is 200meters away.

This self-catering holiday home situated on the ground floor can accommodate between six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share the second bathroom with a bath and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, cutlery and crockery. The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a 43" Flat screen TV with DStv, as well as Netflix. Guests can also enjoy uncapped free Wi-Fi. There is also an invertor in the unit, for the TV, WIFI and a light during load shedding.

The patio is perfect for entertainment and holiday fun, including two deck chairs, two outdoor table and chairs, as well as a gas BBQ/ Braai. It also offers spectacular ocean, beach and lagoon views

Complex amenities include a clubhouse with communal swimming pool, communal braai facilities, tennis courts, laundry facilities and covered parking. The pedestrian gate allows direct access to Uvongo beach through the lagoon at low tide. Complex is secure with 24 hours security on site.
