1. Introduction

Klipdrift Sands Bush Camp offers a unique Bushveld experience, and is best suited for those who want to relax and take a break from the hustle & bustle of everyday life in the tranquillity of Mother Nature.
Our facilities are self-catering, and we offer all cutlery, utensils, and appliances. We are fully equipped with sufficient Fridge, Deep-Freeze, Microwave, Induction Stove, and Gas facilities. We also offer free Wi-Fi to our guests.


2. Property Layout

Klipdrift Sands Bush Camp offers a true Bush experience, where nature's serene bushveld beauty can be enjoyed in abundance.
Our accommodation options include the following:

b. Chalets
c. Log Cabins

2.1 Main House
Our Main House sleeps six persons shared and is fully equipped for all self-catering needs. An amazing bushveld view will meet you on the veranda, welcoming you to the Dinokeng Bushveld!
A double bed main bedroom looks out over the bushveld on the floor level, and an open plan loft upstairs contains a double bed and two single beds for the extended family. The authentic thatched roof construction offers a true bushveld feel, and the facility is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove and all basic appliances, cutlery and utensils. All we ask from our guests is to bring their own swimming towels.
The Main House has a private bathroom and is a perfect choice for a family or group of friends.

2.2 Chalets
We have two adjacent chalets (sleeps two shared), each equipped with a double bed, basin, and built-in wardrobe. The twin chalets share a common ablution facility (shower & bathroom) and kitchen. The chalets are a perfect choice for a smaller family or group of friends.

2.3 Bush House Log Cabins
Our Bush Houses are situated in the heart of the farm, in the middle of the bush. Each Bush House has 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a Double Bed and the other with two single beds. Our facilities include everything required for self-catering purposes.
Each Bush House has a private bathroom, is secluded and a perfect choice for a romantic breakaway.

2.4. Facilities & Entertainment
Our facilities offer two spacious thatched roof lapas for self-catering & entertainment, and we have two fire Boma's for enjoying the beautiful bushveld sunset around a campfire. The first lapa is equipped with a bar counter, built-in steel braai, 6-chair dining table and refrigerator. The second lapa features a braai boma, gorgeous stone-built double braai and a large catering area. We also have a separate braai boma with wooden picket fencing all around, in case the winter breeze makes for an unpleasant outside experience.

A Big Swimming Pool offers relieve from Africa's warm sun during the heat of the day. An outside shower and bath heated by an old traditional ?Donkey' offers a true unique experience, where one can rinse off the night's sleep or day's hard work in the beauty of mother nature.
Water is supplied by boreholes, and the 21Ha bushveld farm has walking trails which are available for use by our clients to enjoy the fauna and flora.

We have Nyalas, Blue Wildebeest & Impala roaming freely on the farm, and an abundance of Bushveld Bird and Animal Species which naturally inhabit the farm. All animals are free roaming, and this is a truly spectacular tourist destination for the animal lover, avid bird watcher or tree lover.

We are perfectly situated and a mere 20 minutes' drive from the Dinokeng Reserve and neighbouring Dinokeng lodges and resorts. We are also perfectly placed for parents who needs accommodation during the ?Camp Discovery' and ?Sportisimo' weekends in the area.
