African View Accommodation is an affordable and non-discriminating bed and breakfast and self-catering home located in Swakopmund. It is a very peaceful and friendly home with that welcoming exterior everyone deserves and is situated in a new suburb of Mondesa, surrounded by mixed cultures.

Accommodation is offered in comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms or, for a family, a bachelor flat with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. In-room facilities include a TV and DVD player, microwave, and a fridge. Our staff service the apartment daily and will happily take care of guests' laundry needs if required. Our establishment also offers braai facilities for relaxed entertaining.

Everyone you meet around African View is kind and ready to lend a hand. We are within walking distance of the supermarket and ATMs, and are within 15 minutes' driving distance to the ocean and town.

Disappointed! by

Looks nice compared to the surrounding houses of the township Mondesa. The host is very nice but the rooms are quite small and not airy and doesn't give you a sense of being on holiday.



Service was very poor. It was self catering however the gas ran out, we were promised that it would be refilled but it never happened. The electric stove was not working. There was no one to help us. For you to get help you have to call.
