As you open the door to Dinky's Den, you will find yourself in a protected private courtyard with braai area and you will be mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the majestic Arniston Sea ? right in front of you!

The house sits on the edge of a rocky shelf and has its own quick and direct access to the beach beneath it, where children can play in the rock-pools whilst parents can enjoy Sundowners on the deck or sit endlessly enjoying the breathtaking sea and beach views ? some of the best Arniston has to offer!

We are spoilt to have had this incredible home in the family for the last 40 years.
Many a fish have been caught from the abundance of ?lesser- known? fishing spots right beneath this special house, whilst an evening surf on the reef break right in front of the house, in the right conditions, is an absolute must.

Dinky's Den is a family home, full of memories and traditions and we hope you too will make some of your own ? in Dinky's Den, perched on the cliffs of Arniston.

Please note that Dinky's Flat might occasionally be occupied by the owner. Dinky's flat has its own private entrance and you will not even notice they are there. You will just notice a car parked in the driveway.
