The Down to Earth Guest House is situated at Herold's Bay Resort on 70 hectares of grasslands, indigenous fynbos and forest with a scenic panorama of the ocean and the Outeniqua Mountain. The resort is located close to the Oubaai Golf Estate, two kilometre from Herolds Bay beach, five kilometre from George Airport and 17 kilometre from George. The Resort hosts the Down to Earth Restaurant - well known for its country cuisine and popular wedding and function destination. The Resort is also home to the rustic Bush Lapa open-air music venue. Outdoor activities like paint ball and quad bike rides are available.

The Tv should have an operation manual as we could not get it to work.
We suggest that you should offer the rooibos tea as well as ordinary tea..The same goes for the coffee. Decaf should also be offered.The lovely hot shower was our saving grace.
