Bad experience by

At arriving at 10pm found receptionist about to leave Nkanga Hotel, we where told they don't know SafariNow and that we do it have a booking or paid for accommodation. Realizing their mistake and acknowledging our receipt I brought with, we where told that they have given our room to somebody else.. according to the internet they have 24 hour reception serves. Driving around 1 hour with the receptionist trying to find a place to stay, we ended up sleeping in the car. We did not appreciate this and would like a refund. Please pay the money into T Lontos, Standardbank account number 020344587. We will take this matter further, And about the rating, I would not give any stars. Regards Judi Lontos

Overpriced accomodation by

The reception and key handover went smoothly. The room was a bit of a surprise as the walls had polly-filla all over it. Looks like they still working on it. The wi-fi was not working when we arrived. The place was clean but needs upgrading which it looks like they are busy with. Did arrange to for sightseeing to Vic falls and was told that I could pay in South African Rands by Witness but on enquiring on arrival was told they only accepted Pula which I had to arrange. Parking is behind walls and gate with a security person at gate. Overpriced because it looked like a dump.
