Family stay in the Log Cabins by

We booked online to stay at the Natures haven lodge at the Bluff Eco park. Upon receiving the booking confirmation I e-mailed both the establishment and safarinow to enquire about what amenities were provided and what we needed to bring along. I did not receive a response from either :( so we assumed that tea/sugar/towels and soaps would be provided for our one night stay which was not the case so we had to go and purchase towels in town which was not planned at all and expensive had they just responded to the mail this issue could of been avoided . Upon arriving we were greeted by a friendly security guard and given directions to our cabins. the cabins were quaint and well equipped for self catering. There were many many cabins there but instead of being placed in a cabin away from other guests we were set right next door to a group of rather noisy adults and got very little sleep. We were not told where the bathrooms were and had to search the premises for this - the bathrooms were clean and pleasant. My 3 year old daughter wanted to play on the jungle gym and unfortunately it was not very safe with loose pannelig and a loose slide with big sharp stones cemented at the bottom of the slide making her first slide extremely painful and could not further play. We were not told there was a restaurant on-site so missed out on trying this. There was no wood provided for the bonfire area either. We were very disappointed with our stay and had there just been communication and response to our emails this could of been avoided.

Hidden Nature by

Although we only spent one night at this establishment we were very happy with our choice. As they say on their brochure, this is only a step up from camping, but this is exactly what makes the place special. Wooden huts in between the trees, with sufficient amenities. Listening to the animal noises from dusk till dawn creates the idea that you are far removed from the city. Advice: Take along mozzie repellent ;)

My Pleasant Stay at Bluff Eco Park!! by

Good day, I really enjoyed my stay at your facility. I will be calling again in the near future. I wouldn't mind referring a friend or family member to your facility. Keep up good work!! Regards, Moseri Reginald

I ended up leaving after 5 mins and driving 2hrs back home by

The toilets were left discussing - these was faeces on the floor of the girls toilets. There was a guy washing his clothes in all the sinks of the boys toilets. It was loud and noisy.
