Moringa Gardens is a luxury self-catering penthouse apartment situated in the centre of Swakopmund. Its location is ideal from which to explore Swakopmund, and is a mere 10-minute walk to the nearest beach.

The spacious apartment offers 270-degree views over Swakopmund and the encroaching giant sand dunes of the Namib Desert. There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests in one queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom, and a three-quarter bedroom with a pull-out single bed, sharing a bathroom. Two of the rooms have balconies and afford magnificent views over Swakopmund and the dunes respectively.

The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a kitchen with a washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and underfloor heating to list but a few of the conveniences. The apartment is light, modern and contemporary, with most of the unit opening onto balconies which have been designed in such way as to minimize the impact of the harsh Atlantic elements.

Furnished to a high standard of luxury, a flat screen television with satellite channels and an automated tandem garage are there for guests' convenience. The penthouse is secure and the complex offers 24-hour security.
