Confusion about reservation. Unit 6 and 2 cannot be compared regarding value for money. Unit 6 is large and in Unit 2 you could hardly turn.Recommended price per night for unit 2: R300 not R600.

Rooms were opened and cleaned without our us knowing.
Shower curtain in Unit 2 was off the rail.
Had to ask for bigger towels.
The host was not seen for the 2 days we were there.
The price by Kelle Gagne 05 July 2018 I'll start by saying that the price was good for Windhoek, and we found the place relatively easily (no easy task in Windhoek).
Now the bad: We stayed in the family room at the back. On arrival they did not know our names, only that they had a "Safari" booking.
We had booked the family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The 4th bed (a fold down futon couch) was not yet made up when we arrived, but they happily did so once asked. The linens on the pre-made beds were of good quality and the beds reasonably comfortable, but what they put on the 4th bed was thread-bare polyester and not at all pleasant. My 8 year old complained it was uncomfortable and I did not believe him until I tried to lie on it. Please do not book this room if someone is planning to sleep in the 4th bed!
It was also quite cold that night and there were no extra blankets in the room.
We never could get the tv to turn on -there were no instructions, the button on the tv was broken and we did not see a remote.
There is wifi but it does not work in the family room. We had to walk out to the middle of the parking area to use it.
The refrigerator was extremely loud so we turned that off in the middle of the night. I was sorry to find the next morning when I checked that someone seemed to be storing their food in the freezer so it probably defrosted.
There was something up with the plumbing, so when someone else nearby flushed in the night our pipes made horrible noises in the walls.
Lastly, and this is not strictly the establishment's fault, but there seemed to be a big bunch of workmen staying there. They were calling to each other across the parking, chatting in the parking and not particularly quiet until late in the night.
