Mashudu Private Game Lodge is a private game lodge, with a licensed A la carte restaurant, game drives for viewing, a curio and tea garden.

There are two types of accommodation that is made available to our guests. A luxury Twin bedroom, en-suite rooms that is close to the lodge amenities. such as the swimming pool and reception area.

The Tented Bush Chalet, built in the veld, yet it is equipped with all the luxuries to make yous stay comfortable. There are family units that can sleep two to four guests.

We specializes in weddings, conferences and holiday accommodation.

Things to do in and around Vaalwater, Kamotsogo Craft Art and Kamotsogo Craft Art.

"We had two wonderful days at Mashudu Private Game Lodge. Only wish we could stay longer. The facilities and the tents were wonderful, and the food was outstanding (keep a hold on your chefs guys, they are absolute treasurers!). Everyone from Johan and Mariana all the way down to the waiters and game driver were awesome! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, and you will most certainly see us again, very soon."

Great stay by

We enjoyed our stay at Mashudu Lodge very much. Safari tent and kitchen was very well equipped. There are a lot of animals and birds. Loved the outside shower. Hosts where very friendly.

A beautiful and comfortable stop by

We are a big family , 11 adults , and 14 grand children, and Mashed was our first stop of our family safari in africa . Mashudu was a real surprise , the tented chalets are very comfortable and the boma specially well organized . It was our first experience of a braai and Mashudu made it for us very generously and organized and delicious ! The breakfast also ... we were so happy !
Mashudu is a must !

A mini gem hidden far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some quiet time off under the African skies.
