Pathetic!!!! Absolutely no professionalism by

We did not end up staying- nobody to greet us, found someone to help us but she did not seem to be aware of our booking. Didnt introduce herself. The house was pitch dark (@ 14:30) so that we had to stumble around furniture to get to our room. There were no keys to lock our room, tv was perched on a couch and a broken glass door was stashed behind the door in the room. The 'bathroom' was in fact a ' glass box' inside the room. No privacy around the toilet. There was also a big whole in the shower wall with exposed water pipes..... the door to the exterior also could not be locked properly. On queirying this we were told not to worry about keys!

A neat environment and happy approachable staff. Please put in waste bins in the rooms just in case they are needed.
