Cozy holiday house in Vermont. The house can accommodate up to six guests and consists of three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed with cotton percale linen. There are two single beds in the living area which is suited for children. Should you be 6 guests or more (including the children), extra fees will apply as well as a fully refundable breakage deposit of R1000, Max capacity is 8 guests, children included. The house has open plan living areas with an indoor braai room. Bring your own decoder/smartcard for dstv viewing. We can however arrange to have it connected for an additional cost of R100/day. The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances for your convenience. The house is also pet friendly with a fully enclosed garden behind the house. Please note Vermont is a peaceful village, and noise carries far in these surroundings, so NO LOUD MUSIC AND PARTYING will be allowed here.

LA GRATITUDE REVIEWS (93 %) A little overpriced by Maud Le Hello 18 September 2017 The owner (Eugenie) was accommodating but due to a misunderstanding we had no bath towels (not included) so we had to go buy some. Martin (the neighbor) is the person welcoming you, a nice old man but he is probably not the best person to show you around and explain things. Space, space and more space by Rita Ferguson 17 February 2018 We had a lovely time at La Gratitude, it's a lovely house well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and we were provided with tea, coffee and sugar. There was enough towels and we were even provided with swimming towels. It had everything that a normal household will have eg. beautifully furnished nice queen beds in all the bedrooms, two lovely bathrooms and the bonus was the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. I can assure our Maltese enjoyed the big yard. Many thanks to Martin and Bets (the neighbour) for your welcoming presence when we arrived.
