Rip off by

I stayed at komatie guesthouse on my to Mozambique,I was a complete rip off for what u get.the rooms are like commune rooms, there was no hot water to shower or wash your face, there is no plug by the kettle so you got to find a plug and boil the kettle on the floor under a table,it's called a B&B but when you wake up there is no staff or anything set up for breakfast so guess what we had no breakfast!!!! I am extremely annoyed and dissatisfied with service and facilities and feel they are overcharging guests.

Establishment's response

He sms me the evening after 23:00 and I explain to him how the hot water work because it is a gas geyser. He did not come back to me about the hot water so I assume it was ok. The next morning I checked the hot water and see it was still cold got the maintenance guy out and he fixed it. If Gavin would have come back to me and said it is still not hot I would have got the guy out even at that hour. About the kettle it was a new kettle that I have put in the room and did not release the cord is to short I have changed the kettle for one with a longer cord. And about breakfast when he booked in after 10 the evening I asked him what time would they like breakfast and he told me they don't want breakfast because they want to leave to early and they will not take breakfast!!! If guests want breakfast even at 6 I do breakfast for them!!!!

Esther
