The Kingfisher Bush Lodge is located in Kosi Bay, South Africa, as part of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Kingfisher Bush Lodge offers accommodation in four Safari Tents, and four Luxury Tented En-suite Chalets. The Safari Tents have shared use of a communal fully equipped kitchen and ablution facilities. The Luxury Tented En-suite Chalets each have their own kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available on request. The lodge offers on-site braai facilities, a boma, swimming pool, and a bar. There is also a booking office for excursions.

The beautiful Kosi Bay is famous for Kosi Bay Beach, Kosi Bay Trail, Kosi Bay Turtle Tours, Mabibi Beach, and Kayaking and Snorkelling.

Was done before we saw Mr Heideman's review. Nonetheless,
Mr Heideman was indeed an excellent guest. That's
Why we were so surprised that he gave us such a bad
Review.

All our review's on booking.com, travelground, google as well as on our facebook is excellent. This review of Mr Heideman
is now reflecting very negative about our Property.

Mr Heideman did not once complain to us about the Hot water as stated in his review. We are using gas geysers and this can be tricky but, definitely not a problem.

Also, Mr Heideman complained that our Manager was disturbing
Them too much, yet he phoned the same Manager a lot of times during
His stay with special requests, such as ice or an umbrella or for info
About the area. This was taken to him to his unit. If he is meaning this
As disturbing, then we are very surprised because besides this, we normally
Leave guests in peace unless they contact us.

As for the meal complaint, this was maybe a miscommunication and
Can happen anywhere but, we did offer to replace the meal which Mr.
Heideman said it's no need to.

To add to our excellent service to Mr Heideman, we upgraded his
Two daughters from the safari tents to stay in the Luxury Tents
Next to them, free of charge for the full length of stay.

In conclusion, if Mr Heideman was unsatisfied with our establishment,
Why not informing SafariNow or us as Owners about it whilst he was staying
at the Property.
