Katarinas is a beautifully renovated house, facing the town square in Riebeek Kasteel. It offers comfortable self-catering accommodation within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The main house consist of four rooms, each with its own entrance and outside sitting areas as well as en-suite shower rooms. The rooms range from a standard double to a large open-plan room with living area and air-conditioning.

The one-bedroom self-catering cottage is tucked away at the back of the property and offers privacy and a comfortable place for longer stays.

Very good and clean accommodation, excellent in every way.



We went to Riebeek Casteel for a short getaway from Cape Town and loved every bit of it.
What a sweet little town with lots of good restaurants.
And our stay at Katarina's was absolutely relaxing. The location is very convenient to walk to all places in town.
The room was very pretty furnished and super clean.
Mu husband forgot his Jacket in one of the Restaurants we went to and we didn't have time to stay behind and wait for it to open again.
Lizette went there for us and got the jacket for us.
All in all we very much enjoyed staying at Katarina's.


The bedding was clean and smelled very nice by

Maybe some chairs in the room to sit on. There was nowhere to sit but the bed. The noise from the main road was disturbing but I take it is because we are from a farm and not used to the night noise.

Value for money by

The accommodation was perfect. Only issue was the booking in and out process which was frustrating.
