KarMichael Farm is an upmarket accommodation Establishment set on a 35Ha farm, just outside of Himeville.

The guest rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious. We offer accommodation with above average comforts, providing a home away from home.
There is a large front veranda, to soak up the sun and look out towards Hodgson's Peaks and Sani Pass.

KarMichael Farm is often used for wedding parties and business conferences. We can accommodate up to 25 function guests, depending on the configuration.

Feedback on the stables KarMichael Farm by

The 6 night stay at KarMichael Farm (in the stables) was great, clean, well serviced and nice environment. The only small problem was the size of the fridge in the unit. Staying for a longer period and doing self catering I would have prevered a larger fridge with a decent freezer size. But still highly recommended.

We arrived at 2:30am with my husband after a long drive, and received friendly welcome from Mavis. She is a gem! We enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are in the area.



Great place to spend a weekend, close to everything. Room was very good with everything you need. The gardens are beautiful and very relaxing to walk in or to sit and look at the scenery. Breakfast was very nice and served by friendly staff and a chat with the owner. He was also very helpful in advice on where to go and how to get there as well as arranging access to a guided tour at very short notice.

We had a nice weekend break from incessant media overload. Definitely an invigorating establishment. Kevin, our host, attended on us with pleasure. The facilities are perfect, however it would improve convenience to be able to have the beds combined on request.

The cottage was clean and well furnished. I loved the fact that both bedrooms were en-suite. Would definitely stay there again.
