Grassroots is a home-run bed and breakfast in a peaceful, safe, highly accessible location in the suburb of Gillitts, Upper Highway, Durban. There are three well-appointed rooms where guests are able to rest and relax.

Two of the three rooms have queen-size beds and the third has a king-size bed. The rooms all have en-suite bathrooms with baths and showers. They are equipped with TVs with DStv, tea and coffee-making facilities, fridges and kettles.

Guests can enjoy their breakfast on the deck that overlooks the swimming pool and the lush gardens that are shaded by the enormous albizia trees. This is the ideal place to refresh after a long day.

Located 20 minutes from the beach, guests can take a stroll along Durban beachfront and enjoy a drink overlooking the ocean. 40 Minutes away is the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands which is full of wonderful craft and antique shops. Nearby neighbourhoods are Kloof, Everton, Hillcrest and Assagay.
