The property is located in an upmarket security resort with immaculately manicured gardens, lawns and a golf course. The 44-hectare estate is fully security fenced with 24-hour patrols. Goose Valley is just 2 km from the new Pick 'n Pay shopping complex and another 1 km takes you to one of 10 Blue Flag beaches in South Africa, namely Lookout Beach.
The facilities available are the 18-hole Gary Player designed golf course with a clubhouse, a pro shop, a ladies bar, driving range, putting green, chipping green and the Linga Longa restaurant. Other sports facilities include tennis courts, a squash court and ample space for jogging and walking in the gardens. For the younger ones, this is a great venue for bicycles with plenty safe roads and pathways. The apartment is situated just 50 m from the fenced swimming pool with its spectacular view.
The living area has seating for six people and there is a TV, DVD player, video player and a DStv decoder. Please bring your own smart card for the DStv. The dining room table seats six guests and the open patio has an outside table and chairs. There is also a Weber braai and a patio umbrella for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery for 12 settings. A tea set, coffee mugs and all the utensils you will need in a kitchen are provided, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge-freezer.
