Comfortable stay by

Very comfortable place tucked away in the Midlands Meander. A pleasant break on the journey to the coast.

Thank you to the man of the house. We checked in very late and he was very accomodative, helpful and hospitable. Thank you very much. See you again.

Lovely place but cold shower! by

Gleneagles Manor House was a lovely, convenient place to stay as we were attending a wedding at Hartford House. The room was comfortable and the electric blanket and breakfast was much appreciated. Unfortunately, however, we had cold water both in the afternoon and following morning which severely dampened our enjoyment of this place. We saw that they had solar geysers which is most likely why our water was only about 39°C. Thus I would not recommend staying here in winter. 



Beautiful old house in Mooi River. Centrally located. House needs some maintenance though, but is suitable for an overnight stay.
