Ducks Country House is located in Henley on Klip in Gauteng. It is luxurious and spacious and does not only offer accommodation, but has an on-site restaurant and bar, and can be booked for special occasions.

There are seven en-suite rooms available in the guest house. Three of the rooms are log cabins situated in the garden. All the cabins have beautiful views of the river and are surrounded by bamboo bushes. There are two standard rooms, a room which can be interlinked to accommodate a family, and a honeymoon suite. These rooms are air-conditioned, include satellite televisions and offer Wi-Fi Internet connections. Breakfast is included in the rate and dinner can be booked at an additional cost.



Guests are only 50 minutes away from Johannesburg and 30 minutes from Vereeniging. Alberton, Meyerton and Heidelberg are towns in Henley on Klip's immediate vicinity. This house is therefore centrally located and ideal for any type of breakaway.

One evening's stay by

It is a lovely setting, and the log cabin is nice and private, the furnishings were beautiful. But, it felt as if we were not expected. The cabin was not aired, the towels were all still wet, the coffee was tucked into a drawer, and not set out.
The dinner was nice, but overpriced. The breakfast was well above average. The overall stay was ok.
