Shaka's Seat offers luxury self-catering accommodation in Shaka's Rock on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. Come for a special one-night stay, a relaxing weekend or your annual holiday. Shaka's Seat is situated against the side of a hill with stunning sea views, and just three-minute stroll will take you to the Catfish Beach and lovely tidal pools. We are also an easy 20 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport.

Shaka's Seat offers seven beautiful self-catering suites. Come and enjoy a drink whilst relaxing on the private undercover wooden decks and enjoying the stunning sea views or get refreshed with a dip in the swimming pool which also overlooks the beach. There are plenty of barbecue decks to choose from and we are also within close proximity to numerous good restaurants, takeaways, superette, and launderette.

Our units now offer the DStv hotel boutique which includes M-Net, all the Movie Magic channels and all the sports and news channels.

We loved every minute of our stay. Our hosts were friendly and gave us a very warm welcome indeed. The suites were awesome and the view simply spectacular. It was so nice to return to the tranquility of our home away from home after a fun day at the beach. Thanks to everyone who helped us to make our stay so memorable.
