Ndlovu Bushvilla

Ndlovu Bushvilla offers accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful, secluded tranquil getaway tucked away in the bush of the Lowveld with the most breath-taking African sunsets. The property is nestled in Elephant Rock Eco Estate between major nature reserves including Balule and the well-known Greater Kruger National Park, alongside the majestic Olifants and Makhutswi Rivers. It is situated in the Limpopo province 30 kilometers outside Hoedspruit and 49 kilometers from the Phalaborwa gate at Kruger National Park.

This is the ideal breakaway for nature lovers and guests can engage in various activities such as bird watching, fishing, mountain biking and hiking. The house is surrounded by big trees and wild game making it the ideal breakaway from city life. Guests can drive around themselves through the estate to see the free-roaming game and visit the beautiful picnic spot situated on the banks of the Olifants river under big old trees providing plenty of shadow.

Other attractions in the area include Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre, Kapama Cheetah Project, Khamai Reptile Park, Jessica the Hippo, Hot-air ballooning, Boat trips on the Blyde dam and River Rafting on the Blyde Rive. If you want to eat out, the well-known Three Bridges restaurant is just across the river with less than five-minutes' drive from the estate. They serve the most delicious food and cappuccinos.

Overlooking the bushveld, this modern farm style private holiday home comprises of three guest rooms each with their own mosquito net, ceiling fan and air conditioner. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom fitted with a farm style bath, two basins, separate toilet, inside and outside shower. The second and third bedroom are furnished with a queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with a basin, separate toilet and walk-in shower. All windows and sliding doors are fitted with flyscreens.

This self-catering house is fully furnished and fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee-and-tea-making facilities (incl. stove top Kettle and Nespresso machine), dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. Linen and towels are supplied. It also features braai facilities, a pool, boma and covered parking. At Elephant Rock Eco Estate we have created an eco-friendly system that is kind to the surrounding environment. Biodegradable Earth-Conscious Cleaning Agents are used for cleaning to protect the environment and animals.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ndlovu Bushvilla and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beautiful surroundings.
The villa itself was stunning - spacious, comfortable, and elegantly decorated with touches of traditional African design. The bedrooms were spacious and luxurious and the main bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with breathtaking views of the bush. The living area and kitchen were equally impressive, with high ceilings, comfortable couches, and large windows that provided a seamless connection to the natural surroundings.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor area. We spent hours lounging on the expansive deck, soaking up the sun and cooling-off again in the pool - overlooking the beauty of the bushveld.
The villa is situated on a private eco-estate and we saw some game on our drives around the estate such as kudu, wildebeest, impala, waterbuck, baboons and even a hippo.
The host, Anne-Marie, ensured that our stay was comfortable and memorable, allowing us to truly relax, unwind and enjoy our time in the bush.
Overall, I would highly recommend Ndlovu Bushvilla to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable African experience. It truly exceeded all of our expectations and left us with memories that will last a lifetime.
