The rate From R2000.00 per night is for 1-4 guests, additional guests will pay extra. Villa Insolventa is ideal for a visit to Yzerfontein and the West Coast, being within walking distance from the beach. Guests can enjoy the pool and lapa with a braai during the hot summer days. Indoors, the spaciousness and the pool table, as well as a fully equipped braai will ensure an enjoyable time, during the evenings and colder winter days. The villa features can accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests, and comprises four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area (only the groundfloor is to rent). The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, and a luxury en-suite with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed with en-suite with only a shower, the third and fourth bedroom contains twin single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer. The living area features a TV with full Dstv bouquet, interior braai facility, pool table with balls and cues, and a portable CD player. Secure parking is provided. Please do bear in mind that the Western Cape is going through a huge drought and we need to be very vigilant when using water.

Nice house, good location, but they still fly the old South African flag by

The house was fantastic, well kept and clean. Location is also great. While the arrangements were done smoothly and every effort was made to accommodate our requests, we did find the agent pushy, and the fact that they felt it was okay to "drop in" without announcing their arrival by phone or even ringing a door bell was a little concerning from a privacy perspective. Apart from that it was a good experience and may be recommended. The house still flies the old SA flag - this was the most disturbing thing about the property... but we didn't meet the owners and the agent, I am sure, could not be held responsible for that.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Insolventa. The pool and view was really the highlight of our weekend. We will definitely be going back. I would recommend this house to anybody!
