Impressions Retreat is situated a convenient 1.5 hours from Johannesberg, between Magaliesberg and Rustenburg on the R24.

We offer a single, self-catering private log cabin situated on a hill in the bush, overlooking the Magaliesberg Mountains and the surrounding foothills. This is ideal for a romantic bush break, or just to get away from the city.

Enjoy an early morning coffee on your private deck while watching the sunrise and listening to the birds calling.
Take a lazy swim in the pool overlooking the mountain, or enjoy a nightcap around your own fire pit.

Very good! So quiet and isolated. The perfect place to unwind and lovely walking trails. All facilities required like pool and braai place. Our only 'problem' was the shower that couldnt stay at a constant temperature. It was either too hot to stand under or freezing and when the cabin is already chilly at night, all you want is a warm shower. The food provided was delicious and portions were huge. All in all, we were looked after very well and loved the weekend as a whole!
