Hide Montagu

We are situated only 2h15m from Cape Town on the R62 wine route in the charming town of Montagu (in the Little Karoo), an agricultural ?dorpie' where orchards and vineyards meet. It's a region known for stunning rock formations (and climbing), its Shale Renosterveld and Succulent (?Vygie') vegetation, but most famous for its export-quality dried fruit.

Hide Montagu is perched on the hillside of the private Le Domaine Eco (Nature) Reserve, accessible by normal car via a working farm. It's nestled safely between working fruit export farms and has exclusive access to the Montagu (CBR) Dam.

Big stacking doors open up towards the breathtaking views over the Montagu (CBR) Dam on the reserve, which shows off with its abundance of birdlife, most notably African Fish Eagles. It is a perfect luxurious and intimate escape from the busy city life for couples and small families.
