Calamari 5 is a modern and tastefully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom duplex unit less than 50 metres from the beach in Ramsgate North.

The unit is pet friendly by arrangement.

Both bedrooms are fitted with double beds and ceiling fans and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, and then there is a separate toilet.

The lounge has a TV with WIFI for your entertainment and comfortable seating for six with a portable air conditioning system.

There is a dining room table seating 6 off the kitchen, which is modern and fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave.

There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and right on the beach.

The unit is also fitted with an alarm and one garage plus one visitor's parking is allocated to this unit.

Bath towels and all linen are provided, just bring with your own swimming towels.
