Villa 1087 is a beautiful, cozy Villa on the Breedezicht Estate in Witsand and is right next to the Breede River which is surrounded by majestic mountains, beautiful views and breathtaking scenery.

The villa has a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin.

The open-plan living area has comfortable sofas, a TV, dining table and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Free WiFi is available.

A braai area and secure parking are available on site.

Witsand is known for its tranquil and beautiful surroundings. Whales regularly visit the shoreline to show off their young. The area offers activities such as fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing and many more. The beaches are beautiful and guests can go for a nice walk.

Lovely unit by

Friendly and accommodating host, nicely equipped unit, only needs a heater for cold days, otherwise crisp and clean.

Establishment Response:

Great people quite and model guests. Pitty the weather was a bit cold. The unit has no loadshedding because of the Solar system installed. The Lithium ion batteries however are not friendly to elements like kettels, heaters etc.
That is why a small fireplace is installed for use if needed.
