There are four spacious bedrooms, of which all have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each room is stylishly furnished with some of them having private balconies to admire the beautiful mountain views from. Other facilities in each room include a TV with DStv access, a heater and WiFi access.

A fully equipped kitchen is available for all your self-catering needs, or relax on the manicured lawn while enjoying a delicious braai. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or on the outside patio while appreciating a stunning sunset. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, or curl up next to the fire in the rustic lounge.

Franschhoek is famous for its many vineyards Guests can spend their days sipping wine, or trying out the variety of restaurants which offer dishes to tempt every palate. The house is the ideal base to explore the area from and guests can look forward to having a truly memorable experience.

Magnificent but with some reservations by

This is a magnificent home in a fantastic setting but two issues spoiled what should have been a 5 Star experience.
On arrival we found that there was a "live in" maid and gardener and 3 large dogs on the property.  The dogs were very friendly, if a bit boisterous particularly for small children.  However the "live in" maid was very intrusive as her room was in the house and shared the scullery as well as the fact that her 20 minute showers at supper times were clearly audible throughout the house.  On 2 occasions I was embarrased to find them both scantily clad in the scullery! 
There is no doubt that we would not have booked this accommodation if we had known the above situation in advance.  It certainly was not mentioned in the advertising for the property.


Completely stunning, perfect by

The house is completely stunning in every way. The inside is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and the outside area is big and perfect for relaxing. We loved the pool, hot tub and views as well.

The staff were fantastic and very discrete and if you like dogs they are great too - very friendly - but if not they can be shut away easily.

It's about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town which is very straightforward. Being out of town gives a very tranquil and spacious feel. Can't recommend highly enough.
