The Harbour Terrace building is on the border of trendy Green Point and De Waterkant.

The upstairs bedroom is compact and uncluttered and the en suite offers a unique open splash-shower, a toilet and basin. There is also a plasma TV in the room.

The lounge is intimate, with floating shelves and stone-packed walls which contrast with the black wood and minimalist stainless steel finishes. A modern and funky ice-cube chandelier provides backdrop lighting and the Juliet balcony allows for views of the V&A Waterfront. The corner couch can be used as a single sleeper couch, and the lounge is also equipped with a plasma TV with DStv, a DVD player, radio and surround sound.

The kitchen is sleek and uncluttered, fully equipped with modern finishes with an island prep and dining area for easy dining. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with top-range appliances such as a touch screen stove, double door fridge-freezer with ice maker, oven and microwave combo, and a coffee maker.

Secure parking inside the security complex with 24-hour security is provided. Guests can make use of the communal swimming, gym, and laundry facilities.
