Grace's Place

Grace's Place is a beautiful cottage in the quaint town, Beaufort West, near the N1. The town is the largest town in the Great Karoo region and is often called "the heart of the Karoo"!

This fully equipped self-catering unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a single bed. The rooms share a separate bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and accessories. Other facilities in the unit include a TV with certain DStv channels and air conditioning.

Safe parking is available behind a security gate.

If you live in Beaufort West, it will take you back to the time of the Anglo Boer War, where local residents have interesting stories about the battle that played in this wonderful landscape. Doctor Christiaan Barnard, the well-known heart surgeon who performed the first successful human heart transplant, is commemorated in the local museum, as well as his other awards and a replica of the original heart transplantation theater.
