The Rivonia River Lodge is a thatched lodge on the banks of the Braamfontein Spruit, set in a scenic one and a half acres of landscaped gardens.

The lodge has eight en-suite rooms available, of which seven are self-catering. There is a swimming pool and a duckpond which is the home of two indigenous Black African ducks. The security consists of electric fencing and beams linked to an alarm.

The Lodge is situated in a quiet cul de sac, however it is central to Rivonia Boulevard, Sandton City, and Monte Casino.

The accommodation provided was the best we have had on our trips to Johannesburg. The location was perfect for the business that we had to do in the Sandton area. We will be back.

Perfect for family with kids! by

We loved the extra room for our kids to sleep in! The main was also very spacious and had a small kitchen and table. The beds could just be upgraded.

Overnight stay in Rivonia by

We were welcomed at the Lodge in a good and professional way. They kindly let us park our trailer for the weekend prior to checking in which was great and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable and was ideal for our needs. We can recommend this lodge to other potential guests.
