Escape to a Beach House is a self-catering apartment in a secure complex in Umdloti and boasts beautiful views from the balcony which is also the perfect place to enjoy a sundowner.

The apartment is located on the ninth floor and can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a lovely balcony with a sea view. The third bedroom has two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower over bath and a basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary cooking facilities which include crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area has air-conditioning and a lovely counter with chairs, a spacious lounge set and a smart TV with DStv, Showmax and Netflix connected to the internet. Sliding doors lead to a spacious, semi-covered balcony with braai facilities, outdoor furniture and four day beds on which guests can relax in the sun.

There is allocated undercover parking in the complex and communal facilities such as a swimming pool, children's pool, braai area and a garden for picnics with furniture are available.

Furthermore, the building is located across the road from the beach and close to restaurants and shops, and King Shaka International Airport is only 11 kilometers away.
