The house is situated in a quiet street, with ample parking inside the property. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 guest toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, TV room with full DStv (optional), a dining room that can seat 10, and lovely front and back verandas. The downstairs playroom with table tennis and pool tables is ideal for kids or when the weather keeps you indoors. There is a large barbeque on the back stoep and a cosy fireplace in the TV room if needed.

The views of Walkerbay and the mountains are amazing. Access to walking, running and cycling from your doorstep. Grotto beach is about 1.5 km away, and town centre is 6 km.
