Sandwaters Beach House

This Luxurious Beach House caters to the discerning luxury traveller and is situated in the safe seaside village of Witsand. The villa offers guests modern luxurious facilities in a self-catering home right on the beach.

The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. The house has five spacious bedrooms all with en-suite or own bathroom. There are four upstairs bedrooms and one main downstairs bedroom. In the more Relaxed family-friendly downstairs area.

The spacious main open-plan living area includes entertainment area, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with a separate scullery, dining for 10. This space includes a covered patio with indoor barbecue facilities, lounging and dining area.

There is also a sun deck undercover outside seating areas where guests can relax and enjoy the views with an outdoor braai. All linens and towels are provided as well as guest amenities, hairdryers and cleaning materials for the first night's stay.
