Words cannot describe the disgust I have for the service received from Meerendal. All the stars should be taken away from this establishment.From the time I booked ,four months in advance and with full payment too, it was a comedy of errors. The reservation lady misquoted and I had to find alternate accommodation. Thereafter on confirming the booking, I was told all is in order , only to get to the hotel and be told there is only one room booked when I clearly booked two rooms.The hotel manager was not even apologetic. For the three nights we were staying there ,they offered the guest for the second room to spend their third night at another hotel. Meerendal's mistake and they had the audacity to try and still inconvenience us.and finally ,when we did check out ,the receptionist tells me that I must still pay extra for the both rooms. Please find another hotel if you want to stay in Durbanville.
