San Lameer Villa 14108 is a self-catering villa located on San Lameer Estate.
This is a subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, and has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bars and direct access to two blue flag beaches.

This tastefully designed villa can accommodate eight guests and comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed , it has a private balcony overlooking the golfcourse and below private pool and features a TV and en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The remaining bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds and make use of a shared bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. All three downstairs bedrooms have direct access to the deck with a pool . Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The air-conditioned living area features a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The dining area is furnished with a dining table suitable for five guests. The lounge area is furnished with a comfortable couch and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

The living area opens up onto a covered verandah, which boasts stunning views of the leafy surroundings. This verandah features a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, a built-in braai, and a dining table suitable for an al fresco dining experience.
