Nivica 40

Nivica 40 is a beautiful self-catering apartment with modern finishes in a secure complex in Olifantskop, Langebaan, on the West Coast. It is ideal for a family holiday as the complex has a nice big communal swimming pool.

The apartment sleeps two guests on a double bed in the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery and there is a central island with chairs. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. The kitchen leads to a lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV.

Sliding doors lead to a covered balcony with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail while gazing over the pool.
