This gracious historical thatched home is situated between trees and a luscious garden in the centre of Worcester, the capital of the Boland, a 100 kilometres from Cape Town.

Zonneweelde offers accommodation in six lovely decorated rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Some rooms have their own balconies which have beautiful views of this quaint village.

All meals are available on prior arrangement, as well as secure under-cover parking. This home offers a daily cleaning and laundry service at an extra charge.

Worcester is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and majestic, breathtaking mountain ranges. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the guest house.

It was a pleasant stay and excellent service. We really enjoy our stay at Zonneweelde Guest House.



I would like to respond to Mr Green. The barb wire has been on for the last 20 years at the back of the property and we added the electrical fencing 5 years ago to secure the property and guests to the best of our ability. Our security firm and Worcester Police will confirm that we have had no theft for the last 5 years. This came to me as a huge shock . I did ask Mr green s brother to please stop shouting because i had another guest in the house who is terminally ill. I contacted the Police and asked for their assistance with the incident. I left the premises to find assistance to how this unfortunate incident had occurred . I was informed that the front gate was forced open with a crow bar. We apologize for any inconvenience., but as we all know incidences like this is happening more and more in our country



I really had a pleasant & wonderful stay at Zonneweelde Guest House.
On my arrival I experienced a friendly & warm welcome from Dianne the owner of this beautiful place.
 I had a mechanical problem with my vehicle and she went to a lot of trouble to find someone to assist me.
I can honestly recommend them and it is good value for money.
