Utter dissapointment by

The room was stuffy and had an awful smell. The bed cover was stained and obviously old. No decent ventilation. The reception was not well attended and the entire entrance needs attention - cigarette butts all over and a fire hydrant leaking streams of water. The floor paneling of both lifts cracked and not in good condition. Requested an upgrade which I was prepared to pay for, but receptionist claimed that they were full. Decided to check out immediately as we were not prepared to stay under such circumstances.

The staff from the gate to the reception restaurant and house keepers were so considerate and helpful
