Set on 935 hectares of sprawling farmlands, Sierra Resort dates as far back as 1900, where it was a quaint single story outpost, affectionately known as The Grove. It has since established itself as one of the most popular Midlands destinations for families, friends and couples.

The tranquil Mooi River runs directly through the resort and the three resident dams are favourites of local bass fishermen. This place is horrible i am still failing to understand how it has a 4 star grading. False advertising and filthy place that is how i will describe this place.
