Situated approximately 485 kilometers North of Maputo on a nicely tarred road.

Presently, a section of (+-) 70 kilometres is still to be upgraded. The Resort is reached via a gravel road of 24 kilometres from the main road to Inhambane. The last four kilometres to the Resort is a sand track which requires a 4x4 vehicle. We can also accommodate 4x2 vehicles which will be securely stored at the end of the sand road. We will then arrange travel to and from the beach on a daily basis. You will need a 4x4 to go down to the beach.

Vehicles are allowed to launch boats, canoes and kayaks from the beach into a beautifully protected bay. You may also take your party and picnic goodies to the beach where you must park your vehicle. Driving on the beaches is not permitted. Quad bikes and motor cycles are not allowed on any beaches in Mozambique.

A bit of paradise! by

Thank you very much for 12 wonderful days in paradise. Although the weather didn't always play its part, the snorkelling was superb. We will always remember the R & R's... Hope to see you again soon!!

We were welcomed warmly and and help was at hand to unpack. The owner Vossie went out of his way to assist me with an ear infection. Luckily the infection did not prevent us from snorkelling the best reef we have seen which you reach from the beach. We will definetely go back to have some more calamari in their outdoor restaurant and to snorkel the outer edge of the reef.
