This is a charming and rustic self-catering chalet situated high in the Drakensberg, with beautiful views of the mountains and the river.

The chalet consists of one private bedroom with queen-size bed, a loft area with four single beds and a queen size bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped country kitchen and an open-plan living area. The lounge has a large fireplace and exposed wooden beams.

This is the ideal location for families or couples with children looking to break away from the busy city life. The open spaces and fresh air will make for a relaxed stay.

Bring your pets, they will love it !!

We off the grid but there is a gas stove with oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, gas hot water, a braai drum with free wood but no charcoal, gas, solar and candles for lights. Everything is supplied bar food, drinks and if you need clothes !!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay, spectacular location and comfortable accommodation. Last section of road down to chalet is quite challenging if you don't have a bakkie / 4x4, but we managed. Definitely value for money and will be returning

We spent four nights at this rustic cottage. The perfect place to get away from everything. Would definitely go again. Great hiking, swimming and mountain biking. Leave your hairdryer at home and prepare for R and R. If beautiful mountain streams and exclusive peacefulness is your thing, this is the place for you.
