Welcome to Annies House B&B, located in the beautiful and romantic setting of Schoomansville, with stunning views and close to the water's edge of Hartbeespoort Dam. Annies House is a romantic, exclusive and luxurious getaway where you will be welcomed and hosted by its owner Maryann Huxter.

The three uniquely furnished, comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms offer stunning views over Hartbeespoort Dam. If you are looking for a romantic weekend away, visiting friends in the area or just want a peaceful and relaxing break, look no further than Annie's House.

Annie's House is also able to cater for small team functions, meetings and other social events for parties up to 20 people. The spacious decking area enables people to work, learn, rest and play whilst their specific requirements are catered for. Workshops have the use of a considerable open space below the decking for break out areas, coffee breaks and light lunches, and afternoon tea can be provided.

Annie's House prides themselves on their well-kept and stocked gardens surrounding the bungalow. In the front of the house is the swimming pool, with lovely colourful borders framing the view from the lounge and the pool.

This was our best experience in many years in a guest house. We received a 5 (five Star) treatment. Maryann takes special interest in her clients/tenants. I can recommend her accommodation to anyone. The guest house is beautiful,clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay there, the owner is friendly and willing to assist with anything and the service was good as well. Loved the view of the dam and location is nice and quiet for relaxing weekend. We were well accommodated thank you.
