Enjoyed my stay at Annie's extremly, fantastic hosts, great venue, great rooms, save and relaxing, will defenitly go again.

Photo is misleading- we didn't see the garden!
Clean neat and spacious-fine for overnighting but not for a longer stay. 
Could have done a bit extra to make it more inviting-a coffee/tea station would have been nice and no hair dryer
Noisy at night from the upstairs room- was woken up both nights with people walking around/ moving chairs or furniture etc. No sound insulation
