Wakkerstroom is a small village in the southern part of Mpumalanga and is becoming a popular tourist attraction with tourist shops and many little restaurants. It also offers art galleries, hiking, four wheel drives and birding. The Glass Art Studio is situated on the farm and tuition is given in the making of glass bowls and pendants. Only one group is booked in at a time, so the whole chalet is at the disposal of the client.
