Chesapeake Bay 48

Chesapeake Bay 48 is a modern two bedroom, one bathroom first floor unit that sleeps four adults and one child.

The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed, the second bedroom is fitted with a double and single bed bunk. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and washing machine, as well as a small kitchen nook with seating for four.

The comfortable lounge suite seats six and is furnished with a flat screen TV with open view decoder, so should you want to watch DSTV, please bring with your own decoder, smart card and cables ( not PVR/Explora compatible ) or else you can hire from the local supplier. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large balcony with stunning sea views. There is also patio furniture and a built-in braai for your use.

There is a coin operated laundry as well as a swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play area and braai area in the complex and a carport is allocated to this unit, with visitors' parking.

There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away. Margate's main beach and fishing pier is a short walk away.

All linen is supplied , but please bring your own bath and beach towels.
