The disappointment of our Road trip by

Lovely room with a stunning view. Pity the aircon heating did not work on a very cold and wet day. Staff, no management available, did there best to help and get it working. Eventually we were able force a room swop. The aircon problem is not new and has just not been fixed. Sloppy for a premium priced place reflecting poor customer care by management who were also rude and dismissive when finally found. Will not return nor will we recommend
