NALEDI GäSTEHAUS BEWERTUNGEN (40 %) Wonderful by Lerato Moukangwe, South Africa 29 June 2013 My man and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Naledi-guesthouse. There's really no faults I could point out. Felt so at home, loved the old school feeling that came with the wooden floors and the stunning bathroom. Even received a bottle of wine upon arrival! Just wonderful! Very dissapointed by Masego Mabote, South Africa 10 August 2015 This guesthouse has the potential be a great place but the lack of good service and the visibly incompetent staff really disapointed us! When we arrived we found some staff at reception with a number of dirty plates it seemed they had just had lunch and didn't bother to clean up. After that we had to wait for about 20 min because they couldn't find our booking even though we had paid a 50% deposit when the booking was made online. We eventually checked in and as I was about to take a shower I realised that we had not been supplied with any towels. I had to go to reception to request these! The next day we came back to our room at about 5pm and to our shock we found that no one had bothered to make the bed, clean the room or replenish the toilet paper that was finished. I have stayed in many guest houses but I have never ever been to a place that has such bad service! We were very disappointed to say the least, I will never set foot here again!!
